Exchange Policy

Products that are personalized cannot be exchanged.

Products without personalization may be exchanged with another item of your choice with the same value within 1 week of receipt. 

If you have an item you wish to send back, please let us know on info@magiccuddles.com  

Notes:

• All items must be in brand new condition, unwashed, unworn and unused
• Your items will be inspected and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.
• Customers are responsible for return delivery charges outside Lebanon
• No refunds available
